To verify artisans and prevent fraud, we collect identity information — including NIN, BVN, and facial verification — through authorized third-party KYC providers. This data is used strictly for verification purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
Messages and files shared within a job's chat are stored securely to support the job itself and to serve as evidence if a dispute is opened. Avoid sharing sensitive information such as passwords in chat — Trevio staff will never ask for yours.
Trevio does not store your card details. Payment processing and card handling are managed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We store transaction records (amounts, status, timestamps) but not raw card data.
Trevio uses essential cookies required for login and core site function, which can't be disabled. With your permission, we also use analytics and functional cookies to understand usage and remember preferences. Verification and transaction records are retained as required to operate the platform, resolve disputes, and meet our legal obligations. You can request account deletion by contacting support; identity and transaction records tied to completed jobs may be retained where required for dispute resolution or legal compliance.
